Job description

Assist Sales Manager in daily quotes and attend to enquiries from Client.

  • Understanding customer needs: Ascertaining client requirements for acoustic solutions, including space type, desired noise reduction, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
  • Product knowledge: Providing detailed information about Pepperwall's acoustic panels, their features, benefits, materials, and customization options.
  • Recommending solutions: Guiding customers in selecting the most suitable acoustic panels and solutions for their specific needs.
  • Presenting samples: Assisting customers with reviewing and selecting product samples.
  • Handling inquiries: Answering questions about products, pricing, lead times, installation, and company policies.
  • Processing transactions: Assisting with sales orders, quotations, and potentially processing payments or coordinating with accounting.
  • Addressing concerns: Handling customer feedback, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner. Data entry: Maintaining accurate customer and sales records in a CRM system.
  • Reporting: Assisting with generating basic sales reports or tracking inquiries.
  • Scheduling: Helping to schedule appointments for sales managers or consultants.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups.
