Salary: Commission on sales, Overtime, *Target Bonus. Possible to take home up to $2,700 based on best sales performer in an average month.

Job Title: Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering styling advice.
• Assist customers with purchases, processing transactions, and handling returns/exchanges.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
• Support the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.
• Restock shelves, fold and display clothing, and assist with inventory management.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of men's fashion and current trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in operating a point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
