Operation and Sales Assistant

• 5 working days, 9am - 6pm
• Nearest MRT: Raffles Place
• Salary: $2,100 (negotiable w/ or w/o exp)

Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated Operation and Sales Assistant to execute the daily operational duties and serve our expanding clientele. This professional is expected to handle daily updating of data into the system, respond promptly to customers' queries and issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities:

• Updating of container movements into system and contracts on a timely manner

• Issuance of invoices to customers and verifying supplier invoices.

• Generation of reports

• Prompts follow up with customers and suppliers on outstanding issues.

• Assist to follow up on outstanding payments.

• Assist to handle enquiries from new and existing customers and suppliers.

• Visits to potential, existing customers and suppliers as and when required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum ITE Certificate

• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in related trade or shipping/forwarding/NVOCC business

• Entry level is welcome
