Your Role: Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of OMG! by engaging customers, managing sales touchpoints, and supporting sales operations both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through direct customer engagement and relationship building

  • Meet with clients to introduce the product and handle inquiries or orders

  • Coordinate online and physical sales activities, including retail placements, events, and order fulfillment

  • Maintain and update sales records, client interactions, and inventory status

  • Support the team with logistics coordination for deliveries, events, and activations

  • Ensure a professional and positive brand image at all touchpoints

You Are
  • Sales-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable meeting clients and handling both B2C and B2B interactions

  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive

  • Familiar with basic digital tools (email, messaging apps, online order systems)

  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or F&B is a plus but not required

  • Driving license and your own vehicle is a bonus but not a must
