Responsibilities
- Manage existing trade partner accounts and source for new prospects
- Maintain brand presence and manage daily activities for e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 & more
- Manage all day-to-day sales and operations tasks such as customer enquiries, order fulfilment, sales pitches, sales visits, after-sales support and inventory management
- Devise and execute online and offline campaigns (e.g. road shows and events)
- Work closely with internal / external counterparts (i.e. Production, Logistics) to fulfill customers’ requirements
- Prepare and present sales reports during management meetings, including analysis on each sales channel effectiveness and sales performance
- Other duties / projects as assigned
