A leading multinational organization is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore for the freight forwarding industry. This role involves developing new clients, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, extensive experience in freight forwarding, and be skilled in negotiation and market research.

Job Description:
➤Identifying and developing new business/clients by sales/cold-calling and any other sales activities.
➤Generating new sales leads, negotiating contract and closing sales.
➤Responsible for meeting or exceeding expected sales targets.
➤Attending to customers feedback/complaints and following up with high-quality sales services.
➤Acting as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure and deal with their queries, problems, or issues appropriately.
➤Preparing periodical reports.
➤Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
➤Establishing, developing and maintaining existing business and customer relationships.
➤Researching the market to identify viable potential clients and narrow down prospects.
Requirements:
➤At least 5 years of experiences across freight forwarding industry.
➤Experience in Oil&Gas, Aerospace, Mining, Healthcare, Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, Chemical, FMCG/Consumer market will be considered with priority.
➤Sufficient knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
➤Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target.
➤Proper reporting in timely manner about sales activity.
