We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry, a strong network within the B2B sector, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at building and maintaining relationships with key clients while identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Development
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in line with the company’s objectives.
- Identify and target key market segments and customers, including foodservice providers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and product offerings.
- Account Management & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- New Business Acquisition
- Proactively identify and secure new B2B customers through targeted outreach and networking.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to win new business opportunities.
- Drive the expansion of the company’s product portfolio across new and existing accounts.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Provide forecasts, identify potential risks, and recommend action plans to meet targets.
Job Requirement:
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B foodservice sales, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the foodservice, wholesale, or distribution sectors in Singapore.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
