Job Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Management:
    Manage operations and inventory for major Japanese clients. Coordinate with Japan/local teams and expand business across Southeast Asia and India.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
    Conduct market research, analyze pricing trends, and provide insights to suppliers and clients to drive strategic decisions.
  • Supply Chain & Procurement:
    Support exhibitions, source new suppliers, assist Japan HQ and group companies in procurement, pricing, and delivery coordination.
  • Process Improvement:
    Propose workflow automation and process enhancements. Support budgeting and improve KPIs (e.g., inventory, cash flow).
  • Other Duties:
    Conduct biannual inventory checks and participate in internal cross-functional projects.
Job Requirements:
  • 5–7 years in electronics/semiconductor/trading industries
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
  • Proven sales and supply chain management experience
  • Strong in business development and strategy execution
  • Market insight and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to travel for business
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
