Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Permanent Role

· Working Location: Ubi

· Working Hours: 6 days’ work week, 1030am to 7pm

· Able to work on weekend and PH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Train, and manage the car sales department.

· Lead and inspire a team to meet sales goals.

· Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans

· Customer Relationship Management

· Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least NITEC or its equivalent.

· Experience in automotive sales, preferable in a management role with minimum 2 years of experience.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Proficient in communicating with clients.
