Job Overview

This role will assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing daily sales operations, and supporting the team to meet travel package sales targets. You will be the key link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure smooth travel service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for travel products (group tours, customized trips, hotel/flight bundles).
  • Respond to client inquiries (via phone/email/wechat) about travel itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to confirm trip details (e.g., transportation, accommodation, tour guides) and resolve client-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain client relationships: follow up with potential clients, update existing clients on new travel promotions, and collect feedback to improve services.
  • Support team management: help train new sales associates, track daily sales data (e.g., inquiry volume, conversion rate), and prepare sales reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in marketing activities (e.g., travel fairs, online promotions) to promote travel packages and attract new clients.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of travel agency experience (sales or sales support role preferred); familiarity with travel products (itinerary design, visa processes, travel regulations) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both in Chinese and English); able to interact with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
