Overview
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions
- Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Relationship building with new and existing customers.
- Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.
Requirements and skills
- Engineering / any Degree with relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
- Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.
