  • Handle oil sample & application sample requests.
  • Maintain documentation and pricing in IBIS.

Sales Assistant (6 months contract) - Your future position?

The Sales Assistant is to provide admin support for internal & external client interaction (logistics arrangement, meeting room booking, meal arrangement etc.)

  • Admin Support for internal & external client interaction (logistics arrangement, meeting room booking, meal arrangement etc.)
  • Admin Support for internal account manager or projects
  • Oil sample & application sample request
  • Sample re-labelling
  • Local/overseas market products/fragrance samples dispatch
  • Documentation (COA, SDS, TDS, etc.) request
  • Price Maintenance in IBIS
  • Project Pipeline Cleaning in IBIS system
  • Portfolio Update
  • Team Weekly Travel Update
