Sales Assistant (6 months' contract) - Your future position

The Sales Assistant provides administrative support for internal and external client interactions, including logistics arrangements, meeting room bookings, and meal arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support for internal and external client interactions (logistics, meeting rooms, meals)
  • Support for internal account managers and projects
  • Requesting oil and application samples
  • Sample re-labelling
  • Dispatching local and overseas market products and fragrance samples
  • Requesting documentation such as COA, SDS, TDS
  • Maintaining prices in IBIS
  • Cleaning project pipeline data in IBIS
  • Updating portfolio information
  • Weekly travel updates for the team

  • Minimum diploma with at least 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development Support, Office Administration, Event Management, or hospitality/service industry
