Overview

Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator. This position supports the sales team in the smooth execution of real estate development projects, with a focus on projects in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including planning, design, legal, and administration
  • Manage customer information and project progress reports
  • Oversee ongoing real estate development projects in Australia, ensuring timely updates and effective stakeholder communication
  • Assist in preparing property summaries, proposals, and presentation materials
  • Prepare, review, and file contracts and disclosure documents
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather and align necessary information
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience in sales administration or support (preferably in real estate)
  • Proficiency in English and ability to manage international projects
  • Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective team player with flexibility and adaptability
  • Customer-focused mindset

Advantageous:

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Japanese or other languages used with stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Australia for approximately one week per month
