Who We Are
Novena Furniture is seeking to hire reliable, and customer-oriented retail product specialists to oversee and maintain the smooth running of in-store retail operations. Candidates should have the ability to identify customers' needs and suggest suitable items from our shop that meet their needs and preferences.

Showroom Location: Aljunied & Little Road

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers on inquires, purchases, or any assistance needed
• Provide professional advice and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
• Promote the Company's products and be constantly updated of new models and designs
• Handle customer feedback and queries in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Assist the Store In-Charge in day-to-day activities at the showroom

Job Requirements

• Prior retail experience would be advantageous
• Open to work on weekends and on public holidays
