Job Description:

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and following up on marketing leads.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to respond to customer requests and issues promptly.
• Prepares and deliver sales quotes, purchase orders, delivery orders.
• Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional sales or customer service training is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to support bilingual customer interactions.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
