A leading company in the HVAC sector is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying opportunities and managing client relations. You will be responsible for assessing HVAC systems, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring project deliverables. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a background in ACMV.

Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections while providing accurate and relevant information.
Provide technical support/equipment selections/solutions and proposals to customers/consultants/ designers.
Prepare and collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, monitor tender announcement, and follow up with related PIC or divisions.
Coordination
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing HVAC systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with project engineer teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.
Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines, budgets, safety practices and policies.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Prefer candidate with min 2 years experience in dealing with ACMV, equipment installation and etc
Prefer candidate with Class 3 driving license.
