• Minimum 2 years experience in ACMV and equipment installation.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Experience with drafting or BIM is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections while providing accurate and relevant information.

• Provide technical support/equipment selections/solutions and proposals to customers/consultants/ designers.

• Prepare and collecting all the required documents, upload, submit, monitor tender announcement, and follow up with related PIC or divisions.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing HVAC systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with project engineer teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.

• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines, budgets, safety practices and policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Prefer candidate with min 2 years experience in dealing with ACMV, equipment installation and etc

• Prefer candidate with Class 3 driving license.

• Prefer candidate with drafter / BIM experience
