About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships Executive to help grow our presence across the B2B space — from retailers, clubs, and community interest groups to corporate partners, institutions, and sports events. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, people-oriented, and excited about building relationships across the sports and fitness ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with the leadership and sales team to drive outreach, close deals, and support key partners with the right products and solutions. You’ll also help support events and activations that bring our brands to life in physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development & Sales Support:

  • Drive outreach to potential B2B clients — including institutions, corporates, schools, and other relevant potential partners.
  • Support the sales pipeline: from lead generation and follow-ups to proposals, quotations, and account servicing.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth coordination on fulfilment, logistics, and post-sales follow-through.

· Partnerships & Channel Growth:

  • Support onboarding and relationship management for key retail, wholesale, and institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio to recommend suitable solutions to each client segment.
  • Collaborate on partnership ideas and co-branded activations to drive visibility and value for both parties.

· Events, Sponsorships & Brand Touchpoints:

  • Coordinate the logistics and execution of offline activations, pop-ups, sponsorships, and partner-led events.
  • Work with the broader team to ensure our brands show up consistently and meaningfully across relevant B2B touchpoints.
  • Represent Enso Lifestyle and our brands at industry events and networking opportunities where relevant.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management — ideally in the fitness, sports, wellness, or consumer products space.
  • Strong people and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and seeing opportunities.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across different brands and partners.
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Passion for sports, fitness,s or wellness products is a big plus.
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome; as long as you have strong people skills and the commitment to learn the rest
