Position: Sales and Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to lead our automotive sales and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, operational processes, and team management, ensuring business goals and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee both new and used car sales, administration, and logistics operations.
  • Monitor and ensure vehicles meet pre-delivery inspection (PDI) standards.
  • Manage and coach a team of Sales Consultants and Operations Executives.
  • Supervise vehicle movements, maintenance schedules, and fleet readiness.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, inspections, and reinstatement assessments.
  • Managing emergencies, breakdowns, and accident cases; if necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals, SOPs, and compliance policies.
  • Analyze market trends and work with sales/marketing to develop business plans.
  • Prepare departmental budgets and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of Sales and Operations managerial experience, within the automotive industry.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to work, usual 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
