The role of Sales and Operations Manager involves managing both the operational efficiency of a sales team and overseeing sales performance. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, managing teams, analyzing performance, and forecasting. You will focus on improving operational efficiency, driving sales, and building client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to oversee both operational activities and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee operational processes, including order management, logistics, and supply chain management, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing sales and operations teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales and operational performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
  6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage sales and operational budgets, identify areas for cost savings, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex business problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and operational tools.
