We are seeking a proactive and analytical Sales and Operation Executive to support and enhance our commercial and operational functions. This role requires advanced Excel and data analysis skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with ERP systems and turning data into actionable insights that drive business efficiency.
Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and operational KPIs.
Develop and maintain accurate sales and operations reports using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
Conduct sales forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic planning.
Manage and analyze large datasets using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros).
Build and update dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making.
Use ERP systems to manage and track sales orders, inventory status, and delivery timelines.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on data trends.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Macros).
Strong working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (any platform).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business/data analysis, or similar roles.
Background in working with cross-functional teams and operational coordination.
