Job Summary:

Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to $2,500 with annual performance-based increments

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage packing, shipping documents, and liaise with freight forwarders
  • Assist with sales forecasting and monthly reporting
  • Update sales database and documentation
  • Replenish stationery, staff beverages, and uniforms
  • Support peers in their tasks as needed
  • Assist with travel and hotel bookings (ad-hoc)
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
  • Experience in shipping and logistics coordination
  • Ability to lift and carry goods weighing approximately 12kg
