1. Objective

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell the company's energy saving solutions for buildings and vessels. The primary goal is to increase market penetration, grow revenue, and establish the company as a leading provider in the energy efficiency sector.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the commercial and residential building sectors.
  • Identify and engage potential clients including building owners, facility managers, real estate developers, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads and convert prospects to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Marketing and Brand Development

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to raise awareness of the company’s solutions.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and website content.
  • Manage company’s social media presence and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and pursue partnerships with sustainability consultants, architects, and engineering firms.
  • Establish relationships with green building councils, energy consultants, and government energy programs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for upselling and referrals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through after-sales support and feedback collection.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track KPIs including sales targets, lead conversion, customer acquisition cost, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the energy, HVAC, or building technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency technologies and sustainability trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
