A leading company in the marine sector is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance customer relations, drive sales, and achieve targets. This role involves managing budgets, coordinating production with factories, providing after-sales support, and participating in trade shows. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.
Reporting to Sales Director, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales and meeting sales and profit targets.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain existing customer relationships & achieve sales targets
· Identify new sales opportunities for company’s products and services in marine sector
· Develop and manage sales budget, forecasts and establish pricing strategies
· Coordinate production with factory & ensure product availability
· Working with factory to ensure timely delivery
· Provide after-sales support such as following up on customers’ feedback, managing after-sales issues
· Attend or participate in exhibitions & trade shows to promote companies products and services
Requirements
· Bachelor degree or Diploma
· At least 2 years of experience, preferably in fish farming/marine/foul control sector
· Self-motivated, independent and resourceful
· Effective team player with good communication and negotiation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings
