Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:Creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership:Leading and motivating sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, and ensuring team members achieve their goals.
  • Market Analysis:Researching market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:Maintaining client relationships, building and expanding the customer base, and managing customer feedback.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Tracking sales and marketing activities, analyzing data, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management:Developing and managing sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Product Knowledge:Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively market and sell them.
  • Communication and Collaboration:Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and collaborating with other teams within the organization.
  • Adaptability and Innovation:Staying updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and strategies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
