Job description

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth, manage a motivated team, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Sales-Focused (80%) – Driving Business Growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist doctors through regular visits and engagement.

  • Drive referral growth by promoting our center and developing trusted medical partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.

  • Identify and capture new B2B and B2C market opportunities to increase referrals and revenue.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform sales strategies.

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team: set goals, provide coaching, and ensure performance targets are met.

Marketing-Focused (20%) – Enhancing Brand Visibility
  • Plan and oversee the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.

  • Create and implement promotional materials, content strategies, and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure clear, consistent communication of products and services across all channels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within healthcare or pharma.

  • Prior experience leading or managing a sales or marketing team.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.
