We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth, manage a motivated team, and enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist doctors through regular visits and engagement.
Drive referral growth by promoting our center and developing trusted medical partnerships.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Identify and capture new B2B and B2C market opportunities to increase referrals and revenue.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform sales strategies.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team: set goals, provide coaching, and ensure performance targets are met.
Plan and oversee the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns with internal and external partners.
Create and implement promotional materials, content strategies, and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ensure clear, consistent communication of products and services across all channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within healthcare or pharma.
Prior experience leading or managing a sales or marketing team.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.
