  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of semiconductor and electronic component products for OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors in regional and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional agents and global trading partners to ensure smooth supply and alignment with business goals.
  • Work with engineering, procurement, and R&D to understand technical needs and provide suitable component solutions.
  • Find and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share in both high‑volume and niche component segments.
  • Support existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat orders.
  • Advise on product specifications, compatibility, and applications to support informed purchasing.
  • Respond promptly to pricing, availability, order status, and logistics enquiries.
  • Follow up after sales to troubleshoot issues and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Track sales results and KPIs; prepare regular reports to guide strategy and improve forecasts.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads quickly and professionally to convert them.
  • Work with supply chain, logistics, and finance to complete orders smoothly and keep customers satisfied.
