Job description

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, online inquiries, and networking to introduce our PR application services.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospects to understand their background and guide them through our consultation and PR application process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
• Prepare and present personalized service proposals to clients based on their eligibility and background.
• Follow up diligently with leads to convert them into paying clients.
• Support marketing campaigns through social media, email marketing, and offline events to generate quality leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consultation, documentation, and application submission services.
• Track and follow up on payment matters and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Handle client enquiries professionally and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with fluency in spoken and written English .
