SALES AND MARKETING ROLE
Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director
1. Sales & Marketing Skills
- Ability to do sales calls and always look out for new business opportunities (Must have)
- Ability to secure appointments with new leads (Must have)
- Strong ability to pitch, persuade, and confirm appointments with agents, project in charge, residential and commercial clients, etc., and work with the project manager to meet client needs (Must have)
2. Design Knowledge
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, materials, and project processes (Good to have)
3. Client Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle consultations, feedback, and negotiation tactfully (Must have)
4. Digital Marketing
- Content generation with SEO, social media (IG, FB, TikTok), email campaigns, and content marketing to drive lead generation (Good to have)
5. Presentation & Proposal Writing
- Ability to craft proposals for different target sectors and sales pitches that are aligned with our company image and budget (Good to have)
6. Time Management
- Able to manage own schedule daily to maximize lead generation (Must have)
- Able to report work progress regularly and specify support needed from the office to ensure marketing efforts are effective (Must have)
7. Networking & Relationship Building
- Building rapport with homeowners, property agents, developers, and vendors for referrals and sourcing new leads (Must have)
8. Trend Sensitivity
- Staying updated on current interior design trends, lifestyle preferences, and customer expectations in Singapore (Good to have)
9. Multilingual Communication
- Conversational fluency in English, Mandarin, and possibly local dialects for broader market reach (Must have)
10. Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Source leads through cold calling, online platforms, events, partnerships, and secure appointments for meetings (Good to have)
