We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Rice Fields Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in Redhill Central Region, and will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships

• Generating leads through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and other outreach activities

• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients

• Negotiating and closing sales contracts

• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute effective campaigns

• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales efforts

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the Account & Relationship Management industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to changing market conditions

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
