• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities
• Lead product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Oversee content creation, packaging, and merchandising strategy
• Manage marketing budgets, ad spend, and ROI tracking
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events
