A leading company in the gym industry seeks a Sales and Marketing Assistant to enhance brand presence through social media and marketing campaigns. The role includes administrative tasks and supporting gym operations. Ideal candidates are proactive with strong communication and leadership skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position: Sales and Marketing Assistant (Gym Industry)
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Full Day: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Half Day: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Work location: Farrer Park MRT
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for taking photos and short promotional videos for social media content
Maintain and update social media platforms to increase brand exposure and customer engagement
Plan and execute simple online marketing campaigns to promote gym packages and classes
Assist with administrative tasks when necessary, such as managing the membership system and front desk duties
Support daily gym environment management and ensure smooth operations
Monitor client bookings and attendance records
Understand membership packages and recommend suitable options to potential clients
Schedule training sessions and coordinate with coaches on monthly class arrangements; assist in contract preparation
Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. Gym experience preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong service awareness, and good management record
3. Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate manner
4. Ability to work in a self-directed, organized manner, with strong leadership skills
5. Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, able to solve problems and complete tasks on time.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, proactive.
7. Reliable, trustworthy, tactful, diplomatic.
Salary:
During Probation: SGD 2,500/month
After Confirmation: SGD 2,800/month + Sales Commission
