Job description

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Support Supervisor to support our sales and operations team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining client relationships, and providing frontline support between customers and the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service and sales inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Maintain accurate sales records and assist in generating sales reports

• Support the preparation of quotations, invoices, and delivery orders

• Manage customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary

• Assist with product display and promotional materials during trade events or showroom setups

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  

Requirements:

• Preferably with 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or retail sales role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems

• Willing to learn about manufacturing processes and products
