Job description

The position belongs to the Business Unit Systems & Solutions Asia Pacific within our Climate Control Systems Division. It is located in our office in Singapore. Our main products are fuel operated and electrical heaters as well as air conditioning systems. The target of this position is to foster sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new and future business opportunities for all CSS products, e.g. AC / HVAC systems.
  2. Develop new customers within the scope of all Systems & Solutions segments, e.g. Off-Highway (Construction / Agriculture), Ambulance, RV, Personal Transport, etc.
  3. Analyze and implement market opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Define and execute the market sales strategy for southeast Asia.
  5. Identify and develop potential new business partners that would further support Eberspächer business growth (Sales Distributors, General Agents, Joint-Ventures, etc.).
  6. Analyze existing and potential customer groups, identify customer requirements, and develop applicable business models / cases.
  7. Translate the needs of customers into product / service requirements and initiate gradual product / service development.
  8. Monitor local and international competitors, product trends, and market developments as well as government legislation to ensure requirements are met.
  9. Facilitate know-how exchange across cross-cultural teams.
