About Our Client:

Our client is a Singapore-based manufacturer specialising in skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products. The company provides private-label and contract manufacturing services, offering customised formulations, packaging solutions, and high-quality production in our GMP-certified facility. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and reliability, they help brands develop market-ready beauty products.

They are looking for a motivated Sales and Business Development Manager (Cosmetic) professional to drive B2B sales growth and support new product development from concept to launch. If you’re passionate about the beauty industry and eager to contribute to the success of innovative cosmetic products, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales growth initiatives with a primary focus on B2B accounts and client relationship management (approx. 70% sales-oriented).

  • Contribute to new business development (approx. 30%), including in-house beauty and personal care product planning from concept to launch.

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Support the development and refinement of business models for B2C expansion while maintaining strong B2B foundations.

  • Assist in digital marketing campaign planning to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.

  • Contribute to the formulation of e-commerce strategies, such as channel selection, promotional planning, and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution of product launches and marketing activities.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks aligned with business needs and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with B2B sales in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building brands and driving sales

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of product and business development

  • Strong sensitivity to trends and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business and product ideas

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing is a plus

Others:

  • Salary Range: SGD 4,000-8,000 (Depending on the experience)

  • Bonuses: AWS and VB (Depending on the company and individual performance)

  • Working Hours: Office hours (Mon-Fri)
