Job summary

Bosch ASEAN is seeking an enthusiastic Key Account Sales & User Training Intern to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, account management, and customer enablement in Singapore. You will support the full sales cycle, deliver product demonstrations, and help deliver training that drives user adoption across key accounts.

The role blends sales fundamentals, account support, and user training, offering exposure to CRM management, training material development, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business, marketing, education, or communications.
• Interest or experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities; adaptable to executives and frontline users.

Responsibilities

• Support full sales cycle for key accounts, including discovery, proposals, and closing.
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate value propositions.
• Develop training materials and deliver onboarding sessions (onsite/virtual/hybrid).
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and generate reports on outcomes.
