About the role
Hyster-Yale Asia-Pacific is looking for a Sales Analyst to join the team at our Singapore office in Jurong East (Vision Exchange). We are seeking an analytical specialist with a sound understanding of sales and marketing to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and deployment of sales initiatives and strategies.
What you'll be doing
Design and execute performance metrics and measures for Dealers to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Source and maintain complete market intelligence and insights, including researching, analyzing and reporting market and competitor information and trends to support CTA and Industry Strategy initiatives.
Using statistical tools and software to organize, prepare and present information to business stakeholders for ongoing review and input into work plans to meet project and schedule deadlines.
Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure quality inputs are delivered timely and effectively, to grow opportunity pipeline and assess impact of Inside Sales activities for the overall Sales and Marketing team.
Maintain data and all related sales and marketing information, communication and activity in NOVO. Ensure all data is obtained, utilized and maintained in accordance with data protection and privacy regulations.
What we're looking for
Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales analysis or business intelligence role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
Proficiency in using data analysis and visualisation tools, with advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with regional teams to support their objectives
