Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to a warm customer base to sell health products.
  • Sell vitamins and biologically active supplements following provided scripts.

Qualifications
  • Languages: Fluent in German (B2-C1 level).
  • Sales Experience: Preferably, candidates should have experience in sales or call centers. However, we are open to candidates with no experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, stress-resilience, goal-oriented, and sales-motivated.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Wired internet (minimum 60 Mbit speed, Ping less than 200) or 5G mobile internet (minimum 60 Mbit speed, Ping less than 200).
    • PC headset, laptop, or desktop computer.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 4.5 Euros per hour.
  • Monthly Benefits: 180 Euros.
  • Commission/Bonus: 1.2% of the amount of goods sold and paid for by the client.
  • Payment Schedule: Bi-monthly payments (17-19 for the first 15 days of the current month and 10-12 for the last 15-16 days of the previous month, along with bonus payments for the previous month).
  • Payment Methods: Cryptowallet, Wise, or currency cards (Euro). Candidates can choose the preferred method.
