A vibrant educational center seeks a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Representative to enhance family engagement and manage operations. This dynamic role involves inviting families for trial classes, assisting with renewals, and ensuring quality service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and a passion for customer service. Work is scheduled for weekends and weekdays, supporting student needs while driving sales growth.
What You'll Do:
Sales & Enrollment
Follow up daily with new leads and invite families for trial classes.
Assist with class renewals and guide parents through re-enrollment.
Customer Service
Welcome and assist students and parents warmly.
Handle questions or concerns professionally in person and over the phone.
Collect and review feedback to improve service quality.
Resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed.
Operations & Administration
Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, smooth-running center.
Track attendance and student progress; maintain accurate records.
Organize class schedules and communicate updates to students and teachers.
Handle administrative tasks like enrollment processing, invoices, and record-keeping.
Monitor supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
5 Day Work (Have to work on both weekends)
Weekdays: 11am-8pm
Weekends: 10am-7pm OR 9.30am-6.30pm
Salary: $3500 to $4500 per month
Additional Compensation: Commissions on sales
What You Bring:
1–2 years of sales experience.
Proven ability to find and close sales opportunities.
Energetic, empathetic, and customer-focused.
Self-driven, fast learner, able to work independently.
Strong English and Mandarin communicationskills.
