Job Summary

The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, processing orders, and ensuring efficient communication between the factory and our customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
