Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in daily operations. This role involves issuing purchase orders (POs) to suppliers, assisting in the preparation of quotations, managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and overseeing the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Management : Issue and track POs to suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
  • Quotation Support : Assist in preparing and formatting quotations based on sales team input and customer requirements.
  • CRM Management : Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • RFQ Tracking & Allocation : Monitor incoming RFQs, log them systematically, and allocate them to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up.
  • Sales Coordination : Support the sales team in order processing, follow-ups, and internal coordination with relevant departments.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain organized records of sales transactions, supplier agreements, RFQs, and customer interactions.
  • Communication : Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Singaporean/PR
  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Prior experience in a sales support, administrative, or purchasing role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
