Job description

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Singapore. In this crucial support role, you'll empower our sales team by managing sales operations from order to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, our factory, and logistics partners. If you're a highly organized professional with experience in FMCG sales administration or logistics, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team for all sales activities.
  • Efficiently manage and follow up on sales orders from both local and overseas customers, ensuring timely processing and communication.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to the factory and meticulously follow up on production progress and any related issues to ensure on-time completion.
  • Coordinate meticulously with customers and the factory on loading plans to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
  • Perform essential clerical duties, including accurate SAP data entry and the preparation of vital sales documents and regular reports.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Team or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of proven working experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales administration or logistics support.
  • Good in Numbers
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales administrative work experience.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with our Mandarin-speaking associates and partners.
