Job description

1) Keep and manage projects from initial feasibility review till customer approval. Ensure good and neat system filing for RFQ running numbers in the Sales Folder.

2) Keep the Sales team informed and monitor supplier responses to ensure timely project closure and determine the optimal purchase of raw materials.

3) Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Account Managers are unavailable. Monitor and report RFQ hit rates and statuses (e.g., Confirmed, Pending, Closed). Manage input across departments such as Design, Fabrication, Secondary Processes, and Packaging.

4) Coordinate RFQ processes, develop and maintain departmental filing systems, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the Finance department.

5) Attend and prepare for weekly Sales and/or Management meetings and assist in yearly Sales Budget computations. Monitor cost analysis before sending out offers.

6) Able to interpret technical drawings.

7) Make the company's products attractive to potential customers.

8) Liaise with customers for initial technical reviews, confirm manufacturing feasibility, and counter-propose on inquiries.

9) Perform other tasks as assigned by management/superiors. Handle office administration jobs when needed.
