A property management company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate holds a diploma and has 1-2 years of experience in property development sales admin. Responsibilities include managing sales documents, compiling reports, and maintaining customer records. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Assist Sales Department to handle day-to-day activities.
Compile sales reports
Update databases and customer records
Housekeeping of agents’ commission invoices
To ensure stamp duty are purchased, uploaded into system and communicated with Finance on a monthly basis.
Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & updates into System.
To assist with drafting of agreements- duty covering.
Ensure & check all sales documents submitted by sales team are in order.
Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Diploma holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in handling sales admin in Property Development Industry.
Required skill(s) MS Office
Attention to detail.
Good in documentation and filing
Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
Good communication skills.
