Job summary

Harvey Norman is looking for an Administrative and Sales Support personnel to enhance their operations in Singapore. The position involves a variety of responsibilities such as general administration, handling sales orders, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing strong communication skills and an ability to work independently. A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and a good grasp of basic Microsoft Office applications. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years administrative & sales related work experience in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to all general enquiries.
  • Filing and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department and manager.
  • Work on customers quotations/RFQ; and follow through till closure.
  • Coordinate and process sales orders and follow up on sales.
  • Follow through with customer orders deliveries, billings and payments.
  • Conduct sales calls and handle incoming calls and correspondences with professionalism.
  • Department sales, funnels and activities reporting to the Management.
  • Keep updated control and logs of customer quotations and orders activities.
  • Keep records of credit approvals and update SAP accordingly.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, like product managers, marketing, finance, operations and stores.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, like customers and partners (vendors).
