Harvey Norman is looking for an Administrative and Sales Support personnel to enhance their operations in Singapore. The position involves a variety of responsibilities such as general administration, handling sales orders, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing strong communication skills and an ability to work independently. A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and a good grasp of basic Microsoft Office applications. Job Duties:
General Administration
· Attend to all general enquiries
· Filing and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department and manager
Sales Support
Work on customers quotations/RFQ; and follow through till closure
Coordinate and process sales orders and follow up on sales
Follow through with customer orders deliveries, billings and payments
Conduct sales calls and handle incoming calls and correspondences with professionalism
Department sales, funnels and activities reporting to the Management
Keep updated control and logs of customer quotations and orders activities
Keep records of credit approvals and update SAP accordingly
· Liaise with internal stakeholders, like product managers, marketing, finance, operations and stores
· Liaise with external stakeholders, like customers and partners (vendors)
Requirements:
· Good attitude and willing to learn
· Good communications and writing skills
· Knowledge of operating basic Microsoft office applications, like Word and Excel
· Able to work independently
· A team player
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years administrative & sales related work experience in a fast pace environment
