The role involves managing inside sales activities, processing sales documents, and ensuring smooth contract management. Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Support Executive to assist our sales team and ensure smooth internal operations. This role involves managing inside sales activities, providing administrative support, coordinating sales processes, and maintaining contract records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales & Sales Support
• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads.
• Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Maintain customer databases and update records with relevant sales information.
Sales Administration & Data Entry
• Accurately input sales quotations into the system.
• Generate and process essential sales documents including DO,PO and invoices
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales records for easy retrieval.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
Sales Operations & Contract Management
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Keep track of contract timelines, renewals, and key terms.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage contract documentation and approvals.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inside sales, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
