Sales Administration Executive (East/ Cap 4.6k + VB)

Responsibilities :

1. Assist to prepare long outstanding accounts and review monthly collection meeting report.
2. Prepare and check monthly AR and inventory balances against approved limits.
3. Assist to calculate and input provisions of obsolete stocks, bad debts, and warranty.
4. Assist to prepare Receipt and Payment table and AR Collection rate table for Cash flow Forecast.
5. Conduct yearly physical stock-take, attend credit limit and long outstanding account meetings.
6. Assist in new enquiries on credit report and credit insurance when instructed.
7. Assist to check and follow up on the commissions and sales development fees.
8. Assist to generate the Order result and send to sales team to check.
9. Assist to reconcile month end inventory balance before logistic closing.
10. Assist to check GR/IR account, WIP account, Revenue Recognition account and Manage Preliminary Billing account before logistic closing.
11. Assist to generate the Sales result.
12. Assist to performing sales netting process.
13. Export Control Management
14. Audit Matters and Regional Support
15. Writing minutes for monthly sales meeting.
16. Participating in ISO and other activities when required.
17. Check Trading Partner Compliance Screening.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant roles
2. Credit limit management skills and accounting knowledge
3. Preferably with SAP / S4 Hana experience.
