Responsibilities:
- Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor
- Provide documentation and reporting support to Service department
- Handle processes of all orders
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers
- Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts
- Responsible for obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers
- Responsible for following through purchase requisitions
- Responsible for preparing detailed estimates of time, parts usage and cost analysis
- Responsible for preparing service parts planning
- Working closely with sales department to understand our customers' current and future technical requirements
- Follow-up with suppliers on payment
- Resolve ad-hoc problems in day-to-day operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate with no experience but has strong initiative to learn will be considered as well
