Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor
  • Provide documentation and reporting support to Service department
  • Handle processes of all orders
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers
  • Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts
  • Responsible for obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers
  • Responsible for following through purchase requisitions
  • Responsible for preparing detailed estimates of time, parts usage and cost analysis
  • Responsible for preparing service parts planning
  • Working closely with sales department to understand our customers' current and future technical requirements
  • Follow-up with suppliers on payment
  • Resolve ad-hoc problems in day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate with no experience but has strong initiative to learn will be considered as well
