  • Assist Sales Team in preparing sales and product proposals.
  • Follow up with Customers on proposal status.
  • Coordinate with Customer, Ops Team, and Supplier for installation.
  • Reach out to new Customers.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals and manage content on website and LinkedIn.
  • Prepare reports for Sales Team and Management.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Summary

You will be growing your career in our construction equipment Division in Singapore, with export sales to Australasia.

You will independently be responsible for completing all sales administrative work, including quotations, tender proposals and marketing presentation and materials for the Division.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Team to prepare sales and product proposals, and also complete tender proposals and complete customer information gathering requirements from enquiry up to closing of sales and delivery to Customers
  • Follow up with Customers on status update for each proposal
  • Coordinate with Customer, Ops Team and Supplier for installation works and handover
  • Outreach to new Customers
  • Preparing marketing collaterals and content management on website and LinkedIn
  • Preparing reports required by Sales Team and Management
  • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as Management deems fit.
